The website ftalofi.gr was developed to showcase the property’s mountain experience and to convert browsing into direct bookings. We delivered fully custom UI/UX design, crafting a tailored user flow and visual identity, and implemented a custom WordPress solution without a ready-made theme, together with a bespoke booking engine as a WordPress plugin for direct reservations, flexible pricing, and optimized performance. The result is a fast, functional, and visually consistent platform that enhances visitor trust and reduces the steps to booking.
The primary objective was to create a unique, warm digital experience that directly reflects the property’s atmosphere. We wanted the site to closely match the hotel in color and warmth so visitors can feel the experience before they arrive at the destination.
At the same time, our goal was an effective UX with easy navigation and clear, comprehensive information about rooms, services, and location, reducing the steps to booking. On a technical level, we aimed for a lightweight, fast site that does not sacrifice aesthetics, with simple and transparent booking steps for immediate direct reservations.
The result is a warm, authentic digital presence that faithfully reflects the property’s atmosphere: a color palette and textures that bring the space into the digital environment, with a consistent aesthetic across every page.
The user experience was translated into a simple and effective booking flow: clear room information, immediate access to availability, and fewer steps to complete a booking, leading to higher conversion.
On a technical level, the custom WordPress implementation and the lightweight, optimized structure ensure fast loading without compromising imagery, while the custom booking engine provides pricing flexibility and direct bookings, reducing dependence on third‑party platforms.
